Register for the CAQH Provider Data Portal service, update your profile with the latest information and provide Delta Dental authorization to access your data.

Sign in and ensure your CAQH profile is up to date, especially if you are currently due for re-credentialing. Once you’re in, if you don’t already have global authorization, make sure you authorize Delta Dental to access your data.
