Where's my ID card?

If you’ve been looking for your dental plan ID card, we have good news for you: You don’t need one! Just tell your dental office that you have coverage through Delta Dental’s Federal Employees Dental Program and provide your name, date of birth, and the federal employee’s social security number (or alternate ID number), as well as our website, deltadentalins.com/fedvip.

If you want an ID card anyway, you can print one from your computer using the Member Portal. Click the “Sign up!" hyperlink and follow the prompts to establish a username and password. Once registered, you’ll have the ability to print an ID card, find network dentists, view processed claims, sign-up for electronic benefits statements and more. When registering on the Member Portal, please note that the Subscriber ID is the federal employee’s social security number (or alternate ID number).
