- Log in to Provider Tools. If you don’t already have an account, it’s free to create one, and it provides a great way to check patients’ benefits, manage claims and more.
- On the Provider Tools homepage, click My account, then click Directory profile.
- For the practice location you want to make changes to, click “Start” under the Actions column.
- Make your desired changes to the practice location. You can update the practice name, address, contact information, office hours and more. If you want to finish making changes at a later time, you can click “Save as draft”. Otherwise, just click Submit and you’re done.
