How does quip virtual dentistry work?

With quip, members can schedule live video visits or receive photo-based assessments within 24 hours. All Delta Dental dentists are in-network and located nationwide. The quip virtual care platform checks members’ insurance details and calculates how much coinsurance, if any, a member is required to pay. Members can also choose to pay out of pocket for any services when using virtual dentistry benefits. Members who schedule video visits can have prescriptions sent to the pharmacy of their choice after their visits.
 

What’s the cost to use these services?

Virtual dentistry appointments are a covered benefit for Delta Dental PPO™ and Delta Dental Premier® members, and they’re available at a low cost for members with an ineligible plan.
