Delta Dental asciende a Casey Harlin a vicepresidente de servicio de satisfacción del cliente

San Francisco — Delta Dental of California and its affiliates today announced the promotion of Casey Harlin to vice president of customer experience (CX).
Harlin oversees the CX team, which leads the organization’s efforts to deliver best-in-class experiences at each touchpoint of the Delta Dental customer journey.
Harlin received his bachelor's degree in management information systems from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA from the University of Illinois. Prior to joining Delta Dental in 2012, he held various IT and product management roles at Archer Daniels Midland.
